The Energy-Efficient heating by Using New Well-Being Material

Contrarily to the existing underfloor-heating room or other normal heating devices which transmit heat only to the floor, the sunlight system of the Film Heating Device is the heating system that allows the radiant heat of the far-infrared rays penetrates deep into the skin so that the warmth can be felt by all over the body.

How to install

1. Inspections Required Prior to Installation
   To confirm the consumption power of the Film Heating Device and the electricity used in the place of installation.
   
2. Attachment of Insulation Material
   To select the finishing material and other materials in consideration of the site situation.
   
3. Attachment of Film Heating Device
   For the length of the film heating device, cut and use it to the length corresponding with the capacity of the temperature controller. The cut area must be insulated with an insulating tape.
   
4. Installation of the Temperature Controller and Sensor
   To select and use electric wires of the certified product that meets the capacity and the cut area should be insulated and waterproof.
   The Sensor should be installed by fixing it with a tape in the place where heat collection is supposed to be made.
   
5. Test Operation
   To perform measurement of its voltage, current and surface temperature using a tester.
   
6. Rearrange the Area and Post-Installation Requirements
   Rearrange the area with removing foreign substances of metal property after its installation.
   Provide user with an instruction on how to use and precautions.
